Service Overview

Account Registration

For children under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. By creating an account for a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and you consent to the child's use of our Service.

Subscription and Payment

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay all fees specified at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STORYSEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF STORYSEED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
